So, I tried something that I haven't done in years - covering a cake with Angel Feather Icing

I made it a training session on piping icing.

The green cake is filled with strawberry mousse and chocolate candy melted in whipping cream

The pink one is filled with raspberry mousse and lemon candy melted in whipping cream
